Damaged or Defective Product(s)

Damaged or defective items will be exchanged or refunded in full if the damage is the result of a clear manufacturing defect.

To return a product, please mail us at nid@nid.org.za and include the following:

• Full order details (including order number and items purchased)
• Reason for your return.
